New rule for Leishy....

No drinking two nights in a row...it makes her totally useless!!!



Work took way longer then it should have thanks to my semi-hungover and ridiculously exhausted state today.

I had one lousy page to layout and a story to write that I'd already done the interview for and I was still there for 7 hours.

Granted I went on a little extursion with my coworker to get a photo, but still!

We worked our collective asses off this week...I had 14 pages to layout on Thursday, 3 of which weren't even for our paper!

But we were told we did a great job, and that is always nice to hear.

Lessee, what else?

I got my nose pierced on Friday, and I am just loving it.

It hardly bled when I got it done, and it hasn't bled since, so I take that as a good sign since I was told it would probably bleed for a few days.

I've been told by everyone I've seen that it looks very natural on me, like I've always had it, which is pretty groovy in my mind.

I also received two big bags of clothes from a friend that is going away for the summer and doesn't want to take everything with her...so now I have to find a place for the mountains of clothes that are strewn throughout my room.

A certain package that I've been waiting some time for has finally arrived...Imma gonna have me some fun with my camera this weekend...

Beyond that I don't have much else to contribute since my brain isn't really functioning at it's usual capacity right now.

I think I'll go take a bath and read that Cosmo I bought yesterday.

Oh, one more thought that has me thinking:

I look damn good sitting behind that managing editor desk.

Something to consider down the road, perhaps?
