So...

I got back from my Nelson trip, right?

And my new supervisor lady decides to hang all the info that we picked up at the conference on the wall...and paint a little something around it.

Well then I want to paint on the wall too!

And so I did...

And this is what I've got so far:





The door on the left is my office, and the door on the right is our workspace.

It's kinda corny, I know. But it's a building that kids come in to on a regular basis, so I couldn't do anything too too out there. I originally wasn't going to put such a long quote, but it suits what my arts council works for and besides, people might have gotten upset if I'd put "Fuck Art, Lets Dance" like I originally wanted to.

And in case no one can read the quote with my big blocky lettering attempt, it says "Life is a great big canvas, throw as much paint onh it as you can."

It's so not finished yet, as you can see I still need to work on the lower part of the wall, but I thought I'd share anyway.

I like working large scale.
